With public transport

Mit der Linie U9 in Richtung Hedelfingen der Stadtbahnen Stuttgart und dem Bus 56 der SSB Stuttgart, kommen Sie schnell und günstig zum Stuttgarter Schlachthof.

Vom Hauptbahnhof Stuttgart fahren Sie mit der Linie U9 in nur 8 Minuten zur Haltestelle Schlachthof. Von da sind es weniger als 100 Schritte.

Vom Bahnhof in Bad Cannstatt fahren Sie mit dem Bus 56, die sogenannte Museumslinie, über die Straßenbahnwelt, die Schleyer Halle, die Porsche Arena, das Mercedes Benz Museum direkt bis zum Schweinemuseum.

Von der Haltestelle Schlachthof bis zur Gaststätte kommen Sie bequem mit wenig Schritten.

By car

Take the B10/B14 and exit at Stuttgart Ost. At the exit, turn on to Talstrasse in the direction of Stuttgart Ost. Then take the second road on your left (Schlachthofstrasse). At the end of the road, you’ll see the Stuttgart Schlachthof Wirtshaus and the Stuttgart Pig Museum set out in wonderful art nouveau style.

By bike

Combine good food and a visit to the rustic Pig Museum with a beautiful bike ride.

The Schlachthof building is on a cyclist-friendly route, next to the Neckar cycle path with a repair station (inner tube vending machine). Plus, a cold drink and good food in the Beer Garden or on the terrace always taste better after a cycling tour.
